We started a new module on the Four Immeasurables in October 2019, starting with an overview of the topic. We will continue this module through November. We will be drawing some of our teaching from The Places that Scare You by Pema Chodron. This is a very helpful book, but it is not necessary to have the book to benefit from the classes.
